It is a full automatic packaging machine designed to prepare pouches, sealed on three sides with hot claw, from OPP+PE, OPP+ALU, +PE, PAPER PE and similar materials and to fill the products in these pouches in an untouched way as photocell controlled. All kinds of products that are in granule form can be easily packaged using this machine, Sugar, instant coffee, cream, 3in1 coffee are some of the products tested.

On condition to change the collar, pipe and volume containers, it is possible to prepare packages from 1 up to 20 gr.
The products weighed by the help of the volume containers are transferred to the packages prepared automatically without touching it and here the packaging of the products is completed. The machine is completed.
The machine is capable to manufacturing between 5 to 250 packages per minute if the machine will have 5 packaging lines. and you can choose the numbers of lines from 1 to 5 lines.
The packaging number per minute may vary depending on the product and its weight.
The most important option of this machine is to have possibility to change the length of pack but fixed depth.
All the contact surfaces of the machine are made of food grade materials. Adjustments and maintenances are at the minimum level and all the controls have designed using automation that complies with the standards..
All the automations control of machine can be operated by PLC touch screen.
